SHIPPING PRODUCTS
Our goal is to deliver the order to you in the shortest possible time, simplifying the shipping process.
SHIPPING TO GREECE
For orders in Greece the shipment will be Free, if the order exceeds the amount of 29 Euros. For orders under 29 Euros there will be a shipping charge of 3 Euros. In case of return of the product for a refund or replacement (size, color, etc.) there will be a charge of 6 Euros.
The products you ordered are sent to the address you have given us, through the courier company "ACS". "SOTIRIADIS TECHNICAL TRADING SOCIETE ANONYME" reserves the right to use another courier company.
PRODUCTS DELIVERY
Within 1 to 3 working days for Mainland Greece, Crete and islands (we always refer to the delivery in the Capitals of the Prefectures and not in remote areas), as long as the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times.
In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by the ordering department about the estimated delivery time.
SHIPPING TO CYPRUS
Deliveries to Cyprus are made within 3-5 days and shipments are made with the courier company ACS. Shipping cost is 15 euros.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
Deliveries abroad are made in 7 days and shipments are made by TNT.
Category 1 the charge is 19.5 euros and the following countries belong to this category:
BELGIUM, FRANCE, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, AUSTRIA, BULGARIA, CZECH REP.
Category 2 the charge is 45.5 euros and in this category belong the following countries:
ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MALTA, ROMANIA, SLOVENIA, ANRODORA, MONOK, LIFTHTEN, NORWAY, SAN, MARINO, SWITZERLAND, UKRAINA, TURKEY, ALGERIA, KINA, EGYPTOS, GREOLANDIA, ILANDA, INDONESIA, JAPAN, KOREA, KOULET, Livado, Malaysia , PHILIPPINES, SINGAPORE, THAILAND.
Category 3 the charge is 48.5 euros and in this category belong the following countries:
ALBANIA, BELARUS, BOSNIA, EZERGOVINA, CROATIA, FYROM, ISRAEL, RUSSIA, CANADA, HONG KONG, INDIA, MEXICO, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
Category 4 the charge is 69.5 euros and in this category belong all the other countries not mentioned above.
The charge is borne by the customer.
