CHANGES - RETURNS - PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
For all cases you wish to return or replace the product you bought you must inform us within fourteen (14) days of receipt at the email address (e-mail) "info@mass-sotiriadis.gr" notifying us the reason for return or replacement and filling out a contact phone. Then a partner from the transport company will contact you to receive the return parcel.
If the customer wants a product change, he has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days with the partner Courier ACS. Specifically, the return to us with the indication 'Recipient Charge', with the above courier is free & as soon as we receive your parcel, your change is sent, with a surcharge of 5 euros.
This procedure only concerns changes / returns in Greece. For changes / returns from Cyprus or any other country, you can contact us at (+30) 26510-35997 (Monday to Friday 10: 00-15: 00 EET) or at the e-mail address (e-mail) «info @ mass -sotiriadis.gr ».
Return conditions:
1. the product must not have been used
2. the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (Retail Receipt, invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice, etc.)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product
In order for the products to reach good condition, you must pack them properly - in a larger box - so that they are protected during shipment.
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement for the following reasons:
1. WRONG SHIPPING PRODUCT
In those cases in which with proven fault of "SOTIRIADIS SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL COMPANY" products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order, you can return the products ..
2. PRODUCT MANUFACTURE DEFECT
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
3. PRODUCT CHANGE
In case you want to change the product you bought you must fill in the contact e-mail code or product codes and size and our partner will contact you. Alternatively you can contact customer service directly at 26510-35997.
In case the product is defective or does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days (once per order, at no charge to you), always after consultation with the customer service department 26510-35997 (Monday - Friday 10: 00-15: 00) and only through the courier company with which we cooperate.
Refunds will be charged to the customer with shipping costs. If you make a return with ACS Courier & the "Recipient Charge" indication, 6 euros will be deducted from your refund amount.
* In case of return of an order (unclaimed or inadmissible) which has been paid upon its completion, the return costs of € 6 will be deducted from the final amount of the refund.
4. WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the product you bought, exercising the right of withdrawal and - only in case the product has not been used - to request a refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date stated on the purchase receipt.
The return of the products should be done exclusively by courier that will be indicated by our company. Refunds are made for the purchase of the product made in cash (cash on delivery), debit / credit card. Your refund process will be completed no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition.
The products, which have been purchased from the online store "www.mass-sotiriadis.gr" can be changed or returned to the physical stores of the company, always after consultation with the customer service department 26510-35997 (Monday - Friday 10:00 -15: 00)
5. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
For any cancellation of order before sending and delivery to courier you should contact by phone at 26510-35997 stating your Order Number.
